Send us a photo of your summer vacation. Post it on our facebook or send it to us in an email. There will be 3 winners. One for most adventurous, one for furthest traveled and one for most unusual. Winners will all receive a Movie Bucket with two movie passes.

Do you have a special teacher? Write to us and tell us why. Winner will receive a pizza party for the whole class or a special treat for the patient and teacher.

"Pumpkin Decorating Contest"

Decorate or carve a pumpkin. Bring it in or send us a photo on facebook or email. Winner will receive a $50 debit card.

"Scavenger Hunt"

Grab and entry form from our office and answer the questions by visiting our office, website, blog and facebook. Forms will be entered into a drawing and we will randomly select 3 winners. Prize- $50!!

December 1st- December 31st

"My favorite Christmas Memory is..."

Write us and tell us what your favorite Christmas memory is. We will pick a winner to receive $50 and a runner up who will get two movie passes.

Andrew saved all his tokens and turned them in today when he got his braces off (great smile, by the way.)  He got Dippin Dots, two gift certificates for Best Buy and a movie ticket!  And good job Andrew!
